Beyond simple generation, the model supports advanced editing functions like removing photobombers from pictures or constructing functional QR codes.
Meta is also rolling out AI-driven effects for Instagram Stories powered by the same underlying technology. While casual use remains free, the company intends to transition heavy users toward subscription plans once usage limits are exceeded. As Meta accelerates its development of AI infrastructure, the company confirmed that a video-generation counterpart, Muse Video, is currently in progress.
