The app, which launched today, builds a unique profile for each residence by aggregating public property records, local weather, and soil data. Users can upload warranties, invoices, and mortgage documents, allowing the AI to answer complex questions about home equity or energy costs. Beyond document storage, the software provides proactive notifications for tasks often overlooked by owners, such as cleaning refrigerator coils or flushing water heaters. A central feature is the "home score," which evaluates how effectively a user is managing their property over time.
Co-founder and CTO Kyle Rush, who previously led engineering at Casper, clarifies that Stewart is a hands-on partner rather than a celebrity figurehead. She contributes directly to the product’s branding, language, and knowledge base, ensuring the AI’s advice aligns with practical home management standards. The startup, which raised $10 million in funding from investors including Slow Ventures and Tusk Venture Partners, initially pivoted from a decarbonization tool to its current role as a general home intelligence platform. While the app is currently free, the team plans to introduce premium tiers for multi-property management in the future.
