This financing push follows a aggressive growth strategy for the two-year-old startup. Nscale previously secured $1.1 billion in a March Series B round led by Aker, which at the time marked the largest such raise in European history. This momentum builds on a $155 million Series A round closed in December 2024.
Nvidia’s continued involvement underscores the high demand for specialized infrastructure in the current AI market. Nscale recently finalized a deal with Anthropic valued at roughly $45 billion. While reports suggest the company is projecting $103 billion in total revenue, that figure represents long-term signed customer leases rather than immediate cash flow. As compute power becomes the industry's most critical currency, Nscale’s ability to leverage these projected earnings will be the deciding factor in its upcoming IPO valuation.
