Designed to integrate into existing service bays, the units allow mechanics to continue performing other maintenance tasks in the same space. PitPro CEO Jeremy Conrad noted that the company is prioritizing large tire chains due to their standardized layouts, which facilitate rapid, wider deployment across provinces like Alberta, where seasonal winter tire changes create constant demand.

Scaling the technology has required significant engineering adjustments to survive the harsh environments of open-door repair shops. Beyond standard mechanical wear, the startup has had to shield its sensors from debris, dust, and even unexpected environmental factors like heavy dandelion seed clouds. While the company maintains a long-term interest in servicing commercial fleets—aided by adviser and former Ford Pro executive Ted Cannis—the current focus remains on proving the system's durability within the high-volume retail tire sector.
