By deploying advanced AI to identify and optimize compounds derived from the natural world, the startup aims to bypass the traditional, labor-intensive process of synthetic drug creation.
While the broader AI drug discovery sector awaits its first FDA-approved success, Enveda is actively transitioning from research to human testing. The company currently has candidates in clinical trials, including treatments for severe skin conditions and a therapeutic candidate aimed at maintaining weight loss following the cessation of GLP-1 medications.
