Google Finance Enters the Mobile Market with Dedicated Android App

The new application consolidates user watchlists and live financial reporting into a single mobile interface. While currently exclusive to Android, the company confirmed plans for an iOS release in the coming months, alongside future functionality to stream live earnings calls directly within the app.

Beyond the mobile debut, Google is pushing its web-based financial suite out of beta. The updated web platform now features a global portfolio dashboard that tracks investment performance. Users can populate these portfolios by uploading files or describing their assets to an integrated chatbot. The system also supports natural-language queries, allowing investors to identify sector gaps or request automated briefings on market shifts. These AI-powered task features are currently active on the web, with plans to integrate them into the mobile experience later this year.
