Benjamin Fogle

Benjamin Myer Fogleis an English broadcaster, writer and adventurer, best known for his presenting roles on programmes shown on British television channels Channel 5, BBC and ITV.

Career

He first rose to prominence in the early 2000s and went on to establish a distinctive career combining factual broadcasting with extreme travel and adventure storytelling. Fogle is best known for fronting long-running and popular series such as New Lives in the Wild, Where the Wild Men Are and Countryfile, where he documents remote lifestyles, survival challenges and human resilience in some of the world’s most isolated locations.

Alongside his television work, Fogle is an accomplished author, having written several bestselling books that reflect his passion for exploration, endurance and personal growth. He has also completed numerous high-profile endurance challenges, including marathons in extreme conditions and expeditions to polar and desert environments.
