The funding round was co-led by Antonio Gracias of Valar Equity Partners and Gavin Baker of Atreides Management. Both investors bring significant experience backing capital-intensive ventures, including SpaceX and AI chipmaker Cerebras. Sequoia Capital, which spearheaded the company's Series A last October, maintained its support, joined by former Sequoia partner Roelof Botha. Following his individual investment, Botha has taken a seat on the company’s board of directors.
Flow Engineering focuses on the technical bottlenecks of hardware production. By deploying AI agents to synchronize engineering data, the platform assists firms in managing CAD workflows alongside simulation results. The startup’s client roster includes high-profile industrial players such as Anduril, Rivian, Joby Aviation, and Stoke Space, alongside specialized ventures like the General Motors PPU joint project.
