Since stepping into the CEO role this January, Blöchl has focused on shifting the company’s internal delivery model to match the rapid pace of technological change. Most of T.CON’s target market already utilizes SAP software, yet the current challenge lies in evolving those systems into the cloud. To achieve this, Blöchl is restructuring his workforce of nearly 500 experts into smaller, agile units capable of translating complex customer requirements into immediate business value.
Innovation at T.CON is no longer an annual event but a daily requirement. Blöchl emphasizes that his consultants must balance active project work with constant skill development to stay ahead of emerging capabilities. The firm has found significant success using the SAP Business Technology Platform, particularly by integrating AI into practical customer use cases. This expertise has already earned the company two consecutive SAP awards. By providing end-to-end services for sectors ranging from paper and packaging to discrete manufacturing, T.CON aims to imbue its clients with the organizational agility needed to survive in an unpredictable IT landscape.
